Hi , I am Chris Bryant. I am a FL Certified Building Contractor and owner of  Amelia Island Contracting (AIC). I am a Navy Veteran who served for six years. Following my honorable discharge, I earned a degree in Business Management from the University of North Florida. Upon graduation, I worked for both a commercial construction company and a custom residential home builder.

 I began AIC because of my dream of being an entrepreneur and owning a successful business. I  have a passion for seeing a project through from the design phase to the final turn key result. My true calling is to provide exceptionally finished spaces and productive collaboration with my clients.

As your contractor we have the capacity to work with local designers and qualified subcontractors whom we have strong relationships with to provide an outstanding final result. 

Upon your call/email, we will set up a walk through of your space to discuss your project wish list and explore options of all possibilities. We will then prepare a detailed quotation outlining the scope of work and costs. 

We are happy to work with you to the best of our abilities to find options that meet your budget and achieve your desired vision.

Prior to starting your project, we will file any necessary paperwork for permits to ensure the scope of work meets requirements proposed by city/county.
